First I want to state that this is a top rate operation. They do an excellent job at a great price. They will go above and beyond expectations. I watched the work over the past week and was amazed what just 2 guys could do. One thing that impressed me was the fact that they stopped work to go to church. In a day in time where money and jobs are important it was refreshing to know that God was important to these men. Our project was at our church by the way. Gosh, what can I say about Tree Problem Solvers. They were so great! I try not to use this phrase too loosely, but there’s no other way to say it, they went “above and beyond” in almost every way. From the quote where Josh came and gave me a thorough rundown of everything involved and at a very reasonable price to them ensuring that the jobsite was all cleaned up really well afterwards, I am just blown away. This was a very hard job and to be honest I wasn’t sure if anyone could do it. I’m very pleased to say I was wrong. They did a great job and made sure I was completely satisfied when they finished the job. They even replaced (for no extra charge) a bit of my fence and the covering on my deck when a few branches fell on them and damaged them (at no fault of their own). I couldn’t believe it! Josh is very thorough and efficient. He’s easy to talk to and straight forward. They haul off what they cut down and clean up the area. We’ve used TPS three times before the past two years. Today I had  a 80-100’ oak leaning toward my and my neighbor’s nearby homes,  developing a rot at the base and it needed to come down. I called on a weekend and as luck would have it he was  available Monday. I had a pile of yard waste that he scooped up for me to haul off.  When he was done and about to head out we asked for a last minute trim of done lower branches of a tree that he readily did.
